Sign in only through the official Tanzania domain and open the cashier from within your account. Review the exact payment method, payee, account details, currency, minimum and maximum, fee and reference displayed. Confirm the route is available to your own account.
We did not make a deposit or verify providers, transaction limits, settlement time or fees. Do not rely on an old article, screenshot or message from an unofficial agent.
Protect your payment
Match the payee and amount to the details shown in the cashier before confirming. Keep a receipt and transaction reference. Never share passwords, PINs or one-time codes, and do not transfer money to a personal account unless the official cashier clearly instructs that route.
If a payment is pending, check account history and official help before trying again; duplicate submissions can create confusion.
